Complaints, Concerns & Suggestions
At KMTS, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and we welcome your input to improve our service.
If you have complaints, compliments or suggestions, please note the following mechanisms in place to assist you.

- For regulated service complaints, contact CRTC: The CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission) is an independent agency of the Government of Canada responsible for the regulated services of telecommunications companies. For regulated services, contact the CRTC at and please ensure KMTS is copied on your correspondence.

- For unregulated services, contract CCTS: CCTS is an agency independent of the telecommunications industry, whose mandate is to resolve complaints of individual and small business retail customers about their telecommunications services. In you have a complaint about your telephone services, including local or long distance services, wireless telephone service, or Internet service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you, free of charge.
