Centrex is a comprehensive package of voice and data services that provide the business customer with a number of unique features to enhance both communication capabilities and the ability the handle calls more effectively without having to purchase and/or upgrade on-site private branch exchange systems. All functionality is provided directly by the Central Office switch facilities of KMTS which eliminates the need to provide location space at your business to house the equipment. Back up power supplies for emergencies are minimized due to KMTS having a full backup generator system in place to keep our facilities and your service operational in the event of a power outage.
