Valid on new activations with a smartphone and a Voice rate plan starting at $20 per month combined with data feature starting at $20 per month ($25 per month with an iPhone) or with a Voice and data rate plan starting at $50 per month and a 36-month contract. Local calls are unlimited. Long-distance calls will be billed at the applicable rate of the Voice or Voice and data rate plan to which the customer is subscribed. After the free trial period, unlimited local minutes, SMS and data in excess of the Voice rate plan, Voice and data rate plan or data feature to which the customer is subscribed will be billed to the customer at the applicable rates. Unlimited data includes e-mail transmission, Web navigation and phone usage as a modem. Not offered with mobile and portable Internet devices such as connectivity sticks, a Turbo Hub, etc.
