Group Ring

With Group Ring, you can have up to 5 KMTS Wireless cell phones ring at the same time when just one number is dialed!

One phone acts as a Pilot Number and triggers ringing on any of the member phones associated with it. Running a small office with mobile employees? Publicize the pilot number and ensure calls are always answered.

The member phones have their own phone numbers and can still be dialed directly – the Pilot Number is the only number that triggers the group ringing!

This feature is ideal if you have an in-car phone and a portable phone – provide one number and keep the other private. For only $5/month (billed to the Pilot Number), make sure you always get the call.

Call Display

Lets you see the phone number of the person calling you, allowing you to decide whether to answer the call or let it go to your MiniMail or Voicemail.

MiniMail®

MiniMail® Service is one of two voice mail options available through KMTS Wireless. MiniMail® allows you to have up to 10 three-minute messages stored for a maximum of five days. This includes new, archived (saved) or ‘set for future delivery’ messages. When you subscribe to MiniMail® you’ll also receive Call Forward at no extra cost!

Note: Airtime charges apply when accessing MiniMail® service from your cell phone. While roaming out of province, long distance charges may apply, in addition to airtime and roaming charges. When using a landline Touch Tone phone to access your messages, long distance charges may apply, but airtime charges will not apply.

Enhanced Voice Mail

Voice Mail can notify you at another phone number (including a pager number) that you have new messages. Voice Mail also allows you to receive up to 25 messages that can be saved for up to 25 days. Unheard messages will be stored for 14 days. You’ll also be able to record and forward comments on messages. When you subscribe to Voice Mail you’ll also receive Call Forward at no extra cost!

Note: Airtime charges apply when accessing Enhanced Voice Mail service from your cell phone. While roaming out of province, long distance charges may apply, in addition to airtime and roaming charges. When using a landline Touch Tone phone to access your messages, long distance charges may apply, but airtime charges will not apply.

Call Forwarding

Program your KMTS Wireless phone for Call Forward and you’ll always be accessible without giving out your phone number to others. Redirect incoming calls from your cell phone to your home phone, office number, voice mail, pager, or anywhere in Canada and the U.S.

Call Forward is included when you subscribe to Voice Mail or MiniMail service. Otherwise, subscribe to Call Forward for only $2 per month.

Call Forward No Answer allows calls to be forwarded only when you’re away from your phone or when you choose not to take the call.

Call Forward Busy will forward your second caller to the destination of your choice when you’re busy on another call.

Note: When you call forward to a local landline line number, airtime charges are not applicable. If you call forward to another cellular phone, airtime charges will apply to the phone that receives the call. If you forward calls to a number outside your home calling area, long distance charges will apply.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting is provided FREE on all of KMTS Wireless’ regular calling plans. If you subscribe to Call Display and Voice Mail you can see who’s calling and decide whether to take your second call or have it directly go to your voice mail.

To use Call Waiting:
If you are on the cell phone and hear an incoming call tone:

1. Press >SEND or TALK< to accept the second call
2. Press >SEND or TALK< again to alternate between the first and second callers, until either one hangs up
3. Press >END< to end both calls

Note: Airtime charges will apply on both calls, if you accept the second call.

Conference Calling

Conference Calling or 3-Way Calling allows you to add on a third person to your phone calls. The feature is included with most calling plans and is available as soon as your phone is activated! Host a meeting on the move, or organize the upcoming weekend with a couple of pals.

Detailed Billing

Can’t remember everyone you call during the month? Want to split your cellular airtime between family members? No problem!
Detailed Billing provides a statement of all calls (local and long distance) showing:

• the time
• date
• duration
• number called (to or from your cellular phone).

Unlimited Mobile Browser

Gives you access to wireless websites using only your web-enabled phone so you can get the information you want, when you want it. If not taking the Unlimited Plan, standard pay-per-use charges will apply at:

• Within Canada $0.07/kilobyte to a maximum of $50/month.
• Within USA $0.07/kilobyte, no maximum.
