WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CALL IS INTERRUPTED

A cellular phone is a lot like a radio. As such, your calls are carried by radio waves through a network of cell sites. The closer you are to a cell site, the stronger and clearer your reception will be. Poor reception and dropped calls occur when you are losing contact with a cell site and there isn’t one close enough to pick up your call. Cellular calls may also be interrupted in deep valleys, elevators or behind large obstructions that block out radio waves. In most cases, simply moving a short distance away can restore your signal.

LOCKING AND UNLOCKING YOUR CELLULAR PHONE

The locking feature on some cellular phone models prevents others from using your cellular phone. Not all models have this feature, so check your cellular phone manual or contact the dealer where you originally bought the phone.
