WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PHONE IS LOST OR STOLEN
If your phone is lost or stolen, go to the nearest district police office to file a police report. Then call a Customer Service representative at 468-3911 in Kenora, or 1-800-362-3347 toll free in North America. Up to the time you advise KMTS Mobility that the phone has been lost or stolen and provide KMTS Mobility with a report number, you are responsible for all charges resulting from the use of that cellular phone.
