Pellat Area Outage

As a result of a lightning strike on Sunday PM, service to customers in the Pellat area is non-functional. KMTS is working on the issue to restore service as quick as possible. Please check back for updates. Problems have been resolved and site is fully functional again.

Wireless Broadband Clearwater Bay Kendal Inlet Areas

As a result of the lightning strikes on Tuesday, some customers in the Clearwater Bay and Kendal Inlet area are experiencing degraded service. We are working on fixing the problem and will update this site once the repairs have been completed. Tower Radios have been replaced and those users that were having problems with random disconnects should be working normally. If you still are having problems please call tech support for assistance.

DSL Issue Downtown Rideout Area

We are still experiencing intermittent DSl problems in the Kenora Downtown, Rideout, areas. We expect the situation to be resolved by end of Day on Friday.We appreciated your patience and apologize for the disruptions. New DSL hardware has arrived and DSL connections have been relocated to the new hardware. The modem reconnect issues that caused broken traffic flows, have been resolved. If you are having DSL related problems, please call tech support to have a trouble ticked issued for your concern.
