“KMTS supported the St. Thomas Aquinas Music Department by donating funds for the purchase of a digital keyboard and interface to facilitate an additional editing station. Each editing station allows students to record and edit musical compositions and document their productivity. It is used primarily in the AMD course which concentrates on audio production and electronic composition. Music courses; vocal, percussion, band and guitar as well as some media arts classes also use it as part of their curriculum. This type of community support is paramount in helping Kenora’s youth be on par with the technology offered in the rest of the country.” Kathryn Makl – www.tamusic.ca
